Who is it you are trying to reach with your advertising message? Do you have solid marketing research, demographics and statistics on your audience? Who are these people? Are they associated with companies, other groups, or is your target market the individual? Do you think your audience really knows what your product is about, how it works, and its value? Does your target market even need or want your product?

What, exactly, is it you want your target audience to do after they 'get' your advertising message? Fill out a form? Go to a web site? Ask for literature? What? (Of course, you want them to buy!)

Where? Do you want your prospects to visit a store, or can they contact you by Internet, e-mail or telephone? Let's make this easy for customers because of the high price of gasoline – they will appreciate the gesture.
