His orientation for a client's marketing plan is direct: The plan should first promote sales for a product or service and - second - the plan should lay the foundation for the building of a base of returning customers. Next, is establishing consumer trust in the client's brand. All three things have to be carried out simultaneously.
Don's also a published novelist, a professional copywriter and during scheduled times teaches college adult continual education courses in small business ownership, earning a living on the Internet, creative writing, digital photography and imaging, along with computer technology.
